Grown in the Awatere Valley of Marlborough the grapes were harvested early in maturation to ensure a moderate alcohol. The juice was separated from the skins quickly to maintain a focused vibrancy. Fermented at cool temperatures to ensure a freshness and zesty style. Pale straw colour, citrus lemon, green apple and some grapefruit aromas. The palate is flinty and textured in style with a fleshy mouthfeel. Easy drinking and very enjoyable.

A vibrant and floral Tempranillo, aromas of violets and black currant combine with cassis and raspberry on the palate. A wine with elegant structure and lifted fruits, that finishes with a great intensity, vibrant acidity and length of flavour. Perfectly paired with Mushroom Risotto or venison.
